Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Ocean Five Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Our check-in time is 3pm, and check out time is 12 noon.
Cancellations and Charges
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask that you notify us 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax. Cancellation policies and penalties vary on holidays and special events. Please contact the hotel for policies on these days.
