- Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Ocean Five Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
- Check in/Check Out policy
Our normal check-in time is 3pm, and check out time is 12 noon.
- Cancellations and Charges
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask that you notify us 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
- Special Services
Ocean Five Hotel provides Concierge Services to assist you with your transportation, dining, and entertainment needs.
